SHIPPING

DELIVERY: All pieces are made to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for products to be delivered. We cannot guarantee rush deliveries will always be possible, but please contact  inquiries@wesleykloss.com for rush delivery requests and we will try to accomodate you.

RETURNS : If you’re unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 10 days for exchange credit. Because all pieces are made to order we cannot offer refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must have the package insured & tracked. Wesley Kloss Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Contact inquiries@wesleykloss.com to coordinate a return.

 

RING SIZING & REPAIRS

CUSTOM SIZES: Custom ring sizes not offered on our site can be accommodated at extra costs Please contact  inquiries@wesleykloss.com to discuss your specific request.  

REVOLUTION RINGS: Because the Revolution Rings have a custom, constantly changing band profile they are uniquely difficult to resize. While they can be resized by an expert repair jeweler, we recommend double checking your ring size before ordering to ensure you’re getting the best possible fit.

Repairs:  We are here to help!  Each repair requires a different response so please reach out to us at  inquiries@wesleykloss.com explaining your situation and we will assist in finding a solution for you. Unless the damage can be determined to be fabrication defect,  the cost of repairs will be the customer’s responsibility. We can assist in assessing damage and providing an estimate for its repair. When shipping to us for repairs we are not responsible for the jewelry during its transit.

 

CARE

Longevity is guaranteed in our jewelry assuming proper care is taken. Some basic guidelines:

  • You should treat your jewelry nicely. That means you should wear it while you’re out having fun & dancing, but probably not while you’re rock climbing, hiking or building things.

  • Harsh chemicals and cleaning products like bleach & chlorine are not good for your skin or your jewelry and may quickly tarnish them. Oils and Lotions may also contain chemicals that can harm your jewelry.

  • Any pieces with pearls or gemstones are especially susceptible to damage when exposed to water / waterborne particulates. It is best to remove these pieces before swimming and showering to ensure their longevity.

  • Gold and Silver are very soft metals and will wear, scratch and show patina over time.

CUSTOM WORK

We are currently not taking on custom work as we work toward launching our first few lines, but stay tuned for future updates!

 

MATERIAL SOURCING

All of our silver and gold are high-quality, ethically sourced and recycled using sustainable practices. We work with experienced fabricators to ensure responsible sourcing and processing of our metal.

 

CONFLICT-FREE DIAMONDS

All of our diamonds are conflict-free. We source from vendors with experience and knowledge of the diamond supply chain.

We partner exclusively with small companies with high standards of quality for both product quality and quality of life for their employees. We work with companies in Philadelphia, Cleveland, and Los Angeles.
