All pieces are made to order unless otherwise specified (ie In Stock Item). Please allow 1-3 weeks for products to be delivered. We cannot guarantee rush deliveries will always be possible, but please contact inquiries@wesleykloss.com for rush delivery requests and we will try to accomodate you.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 10 days for exchange credit. Because all pieces are made to order we cannot offer refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must have the package insured & tracked. Wesley Kloss Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
